First ever interview with LADY TERMINATOR star Barbara Anne Constable!!!

An interview with the star of LADY TERMINATOR, Barbara Anne Constable, was posted here about a week ago. It's the first interview she has ever done about the film. Oh man, this is so cool! I mean I've been a fan of this movie for sooo long and have dreamed of tracking her down to do an interview. Well, someone beat me to it (and I couldn't be happier for them!).

There's also a Lady Terminator Appreciation Group (which I believe is set up by the guy behind the interview). Go here and in the words of EVIL DEAD 2 join us.

  1. Thanks for the linkage! The credit for the formation of The Lady Terminator Appreciation Society goes to Gary Otto, another major LT fan who knows great trashy cinema when he sees it. Many thanks to Gary.

  2. Turns out Barbara is HERE in my hometown of Brisbane! Of course I've already floated the idea of a Lady Terminator screening and Q&A...

  3. Lew Ojeda; No worries mate. I'm just totally happy to be able to let people know about your interview. And yes credits where credits are due so thanks heaps to this Gary Otto as well!

Andrew; arr man that's so cool!!! (and very very annoying cos I can't be there for a screening!!!). Judging from the interview she didn't see to regard the film as the biggest masterpiece ever; as far as I remember she said she wouldn't even have wanted to be in it if she'd known it was gonna play outside of Indonesia, haha. Oh well, a few of us regard it as the trashy masterpiece it is! xD.

  4. Hey guys: I rang Barbara yesterday to organize a Brisbane screening, and she's all for it! And yes, she never thought it would make it out of Indonesia, but her kids have seen the Mondo Macabro DVD now and think it's hilarious.

Am heading to Lady T's house on Wednesday to do an interview, then hit the press trail for the 6th August screening. Email me questions, and I'll ask 'em at the Q&A!

    Kort sagt noget forbandet rod.

    Mvh Henrik

  6. Hej Henrik,
Tak for oplysningen!

    Uha!
Bare de ikke eksploderer. Det kan da ikke være sundt.
